Moultrie Kiwanians host Governor’s Rally

MOULTRIE, Ga. — The Kiwanis Club of Moultrie recently hosted the Kiwanis Division 13 Governor’s Rally with Georgia District of Kiwanis Governor Debbie Brilling. Local Key Club members also came to show their support.
Brilling stressed the importance of nurturing new leaders, confronting brutal facts (Is your club fun and “new member ready”?), and inviting new members to your club. She said the number one reason people are not joining Kiwanis is because they’re not asked! Georgia Kiwanis is a terrific resource that can help with membership drives, branding, and collaboration, she said.
Congratulations are in order for Kiwanis Clubs of Turner, Cordele, and Moultrie for earning the “6 of 6” Achievements. These achievements involve financial contributions to leadership groups, and Kiwanis-affiliated foundations.
Congratulations also to Kiwanis Club of Valdosta, Kiwanis Club of Tifton and Kiwanis Club of Sylvester who were recognized as Distinguished Clubs.
