Hypocritical

“Many people are condemning a football coach and praising the president. Let me see, The president is a womanizer and married. The president is fleecing Americans tax dollars by selecting leaders that are corrupt. The president lies to American citizens. He push for families to be separated. He befriends leaders who meddle in our elections. And the list goes on.”

Better training for school officers

“The officers who work inside our schools need to be better trained and better equipped to handle the out of control students.”

Rewards but no punishment? Not working

“I agree PBIS is a joke. I believe in rewarding good behavior; however we should not completely stop punishing bad behavior. These problems with behavior in the schools start at home; however, the school system needs to re-implement rules and punishment.”

Students not dumb, just not motivated

“Students are not dumb, as you have implied. Most of them just don’t want to learn the standards set forth by the Department of Education. That don’t want to put the effort into it to learn. It really is that simple. You can lead a horse to water, well, you know the rest.”

Sports are voluntary; participants want to be there

“Good grief! You guys keep missing the point. Sports are a voluntary program. The students want to be there. Therefore, they are engaged. School is a mandatory program. Most students don’t want to be there. Therefore, most of them are not engaged. Oh, and I want even get into poor parent involvement and bad student behavior issues! PBIS! Consequences?”

Propst owes gratitude to Moultrie

“Mr. Robinson from Texas may have things reversed. Mr. Propst owes a debt of gratitude to Moultrie. When he was dismissed after five state championships in AL and nobody would touch him Colquitt County gave him a chance and unlimited support. In return he cheated businesses, ignored rules and taught that laws don’t apply to football players.”

How many in college? How many in prison?

“We rave about football scholarships under the now former coach which may or may not be of value, but what about the number of players in prison. which number is greater?”
