Evangelist Betty Ward.

MOULTRIE, Ga. — Live Oak Missionary Baptist Church, 501 Eighth St. N.W., will observe its annual Women’s Day program at 3 p.m. Sunday, April 7. The theme for this year’s event will be “Keeping our eyes fixed on Jesus.”

Speaker for this occasion will be Evangelist Betty Ward. Ward was called to the ministry in 1991. She was licensed in 2001 from the Christ Come Alive in Evangelist School in Boynton Beach, Fla.

Currently under the leadership of Rev. J.W. Greene Jr., Ward serves on the minister staff and is coordinator for the mother ministry.

Married to Deacon Johnny Ward, she is the mother of four children and grandmother of 12.
