MOULTRIE, Ga. — Ninth grade biology students in Lee Causey’s class worked with partners to arrange organism cards to create food webs.

Students also examined the flow of energy in an ecosystem.

The purpose of the task was for students to understand the complex relationships in an ecosystem. Students further discussed how the removal of one organism could affect the stability of the entire ecosystem.
