THOMASVILLE, Ga. — Colquitt County High School senior Eli Whitaker and teacher Bryan Baker were recently recognized as the school system’s STAR student and teacher at the Region 9 STAR Student and Teacher Recognition Luncheon held at the Plaza Restaurant in Thomasville.
