MOULTRIE, Ga. — NAMI Moultrie received a special treat in December from the Colquitt County Arts Center and Moultrie Federated Guild. The Guild provided refreshments and the Arts Center set up a variety of activities in celebration of the season of giving. One of the most popular activities was making fleece blankets to give to animals at the Moultrie-Colquitt County Humane Society.
