Church program

J.E.W. Ministries will present “I Still Have Joy!” Sunday, Feb, 24, at Union Grove House of Prayer Church of God in Christ, 1002 First Ave. S.W. Doors open at 2:30 p.m. and the program starts at 3:30.

Groups on the program include Sandy Foster and the Mississippi Blind Boys, Lady Voncile Belcher, Brother James E. Williams and the Amazing Gospel Songbirds, and C.C. and the Starlities. Mistresses of ceremony will be Minister Peggy Lyons of Albany  and Sister Mashell of Moultrie.

Black history program

The Performing Arts Ministry of the Mother Easter Baptist Church will present “If Anybody Asks You Who I Am (Tell them I’m a Child of God),” a black history play by Roosevelt Wright Jr., at 4 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 24.

Meeting

The South Georgia Governmental Services Authority board will meet at 1 p.m. Monday, Feb. 18, in the City Hall Conference Room, 30 E. Broad St. in Camilla.

The meeting is open to the public.
