MOULTRIE, Ga. — Preparations for the Colquitt County Arts Center production of “Rainbow Fish” are already under way.

Cast and crew are working hard to recycle old set pieces and paint new ones to create a colorful landscape for the most colorful fish under the sea and his friends.
