MOULTRIE, Ga. — Moultrians turned out on a cold and windy Monday afternoon for the annual parade through downtown in honor of the Rev. Martin Luther King Jr.

The parade is a culmination of two days of events, including a church service on Sunday and presentation of the Community Service Award to Udella Spicer on Monday morning.

The Rev. Alfred Jones and his wife, Dalaonne Jones, were grand marshals of the parade.
