MOULTRIE, Ga. — The Moultrie-Colquitt County Chamber of Commerce recently held a ribbon cutting for Moultrie Senior Center, 17 First Ave. S.E. in downtown Moultrie. Moultrie Senior Center is a non-profit senior gathering place, affiliated with the SOWEGA Council on Aging out of Albany. The site manager is Peggy Duncan, a resident of Colquitt County.
