Deputies seek man missing since Friday

MOULTRIE, Ga. — Police are seeking a Colquitt County man last seen on Friday and who left home that evening after a domestic argument.

Byron “Scott” Bivins reportedly left his residence in the 5200 block of Thigpen Trail at about 11 p.m. Friday, according to Colquitt County Sheriff’s Office. He was reported missing on Sunday morning after his wife checked with relatives and friends and none of them reported seeing or hearing from Bivins since the time he left their residence.

Bivins is described as 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighing about 215 pounds, with gray hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing an orange pullover sweatshirt, blue jeans and a camouflage hat, and has a tattoo of a skull with two mechanic’s wrenches on his left shoulder, police said.

He was driving a red 2012 Chevrolet Silverado with a red camper shell. Bivins works in Lee County.
