MOULTRIE, Ga. — The Moultrie YMCA held its Annual Patrons Dinner Monday night, Dec. 3, to honor those donors who have given at the Chairman’s Roundtable level during the Annual Campaign. The 2018 Annual Campaign raised $160,000 for the scholarship program that has provided financial assistance to 853 individuals this year.

Pastor Donnie Lewis opened the evening with prayer followed by Matthew Clifton, the Moultrie YMCA’s chief volunteer officer, who welcomed the crowd. Rich Gallagher, president and CEO, then spoke on what the Y has accomplished with the help of its donors in the last year and also where the Y is headed in 2019. A fun and lively cake auction was held, and auctioneer Paul Herndon helped the Y raise an additional $1,850 for the Child Watch renovation that is currently in progress.
