Victims told police they were lured to Georgia by advertisements for modeling and acting work, with one traveling by bus from Ohio to Macon in response to an online advertisement for a film audition, prosecutors said.

The women told police they were forced to have sex in hotel rooms in Valdosta; Charleston, S.C.; and other Southeastern cities, in addition to Macon. According to the plea agreement, one victim reported engaging in more than 550 sex acts.

Treadwell also sentenced Hamza Abdul “Joseph” Vasser, 29, of Douglasville to 21 months in prison and lifetime supervised release on a charge of transportation for illegal sexual activity.

Both Williams and Vasser will be required to register as sex offenders when they are released from incarceration.

The case was investigated by the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office, Federal Bureau of Investigation and Georgia Bureau of Investigation, and prosecuted by the U.S. Attorney’s office for the Middle District of Georgia.
