Early voting enters last week

TIFTON, Ga. — The early voting total as of Tuesday, Oct. 30, was 5,844 out of 23,500 registered voters in Tift County, according to Tift County Board of Elections and Registrations election supervisor Leila Dollison.

The only day for Saturday voting in Tift County, Oct. 27, netted a total of 228 people, Dollison said.

Nov. 2 is the final day for early voting. Early voting hours are 8 a.m. until 5 p.m.

Anyone wishing to vote after early voting has ended may only vote on Election Day, Nov. 6 at their assigned polling location. Voting hours on election day will be from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m.

Assigned polling places may be found by visiting the My Voter Page at www.mvp.sos.ga.gov/ and logging in.
