MOULTRIE, Ga. — Colquitt Christian Academy (CCA) is gearing up for its third annual Pumpkin Patch 5k and Children’s Race on Saturday, Oct. 13.  

The 5-kilometer race will start and finish at Calvary Baptist Church in Moultrie.

Registration will start at 7 a.m. and the race will begin at 8 a.m., rain or shine. The race-day tax deductible registration fee is $30 for 5k participants or $50 for family registration. The same day registration fee for the Children’s Race is $10.

Awards will be given to top male and female finishers, age category winners and children’s awards.  The event will include fun activities for the entire family including:

• Free breakfast for race participants provided by Chick-fil-A.

• Children’s Race at 9 a.m.

• Pumpkins available for sale.

• Festive games and activities for children

• Face painting.

• Fantastic door prizes supplied by local merchants.

• Adopt-a-Pumpkin event featuring student inspired pumpkin characters.
