Fair trade with China

“Trump’s working on fair trade with China. They’ll comply because they have no choice. They export more to us than we to them which puts the balance of trade talks in our favor; tariffs will hurt them more than tariffs would hurt us. Thank You Donald Trump! Wait for it, wait for it … another Trump promise soon to be fulfilled.”

Democrats turn hearings into fund-raising

“You gotta love these Democrats … It all comes down to money. Senators Cory Booker, (D-NJ), and Kamala Harris (D-CA) didn’t miss a beat during the Kavanaugh confirmation hearings. They both turned this into a fund raising opportunity for themselves. Why let a crisis go to waste?”

Council needs to act against loud music

“The city council must realize that loud music in Moultrie is a major problem especially coming from cars. There is a law but our law enforcement is not acting on it. I urge our council to take action and get our police to make cases. Thanks.”

Extracurricular activities

“Why is School Intendent (not Super!) so focused on limiting extracurricular activities? The report last week on the rising dropout rate is pathetic. Totally misguided direction by the school system. This just isn’t an opinion — there is study after study showing that school systems with high participation in extracurricular activities have substantially lower dropout rates and higher test scores! Google it!”
