MOULTRIE, Ga. — The Moultrie Board of Realtors recently recognized Jim Matney, president and CEO of Colquitt Regional Medical Center, for his leadership, vision and dedication to the community.

“Colquitt Regional Medical Center has twice been named a top rural hospital in the United States,” the board said in a press release. “It was Jim’s vision that played a vital role in bringing the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine to Moultrie and South Georgia.”

Matney was also recently named to the Center for Rural Prosperity and the Georgia Rural Development Council by Gov. Nathan Deal.
