Rep. Scott announces mobile office hours

TIFTON, Ga. —  U.S. Rep. Austin Scott recently announced mobile office hours for late September and early October. While none of the events are in Colquitt County, some are close enough for local residents to make the drive to have problems or questions addressed by the congressman’s staff.

• 2-4 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 25, Cochran-Bleckley Library, 103 N. Third St., Cochran, Ga.

• 9:30-11:30 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 26, Twiggs County Library, 109 Main St., Jeffersonville, Ga.

• 2-4 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 26, Monroe County Library, 62 W. Main St., Forsyth, Ga.

• 9:30-11:30 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 27, Dodge County Library, 531 Second Ave.,  Eastman, Ga.

• 9:30-11:30 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 2, Thomas County Library, 201 N. Madison St., Thomasville, Ga.

• 2-4 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 2, Wiregrass Technical College, 4089 Val Tech Road, Valdosta. To be held in the Azalea Room in Brooks Building.

• 9:30-11:30 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 3, Carrie Dorsey Perry Library, 315 W. Marion Ave., Nashville, Ga.

• 2-4 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 3, Cook County Library, 213 E. Second St., Adel, Ga.

• 10 a.m.-noon Thursday, Oct. 4, Irwin County Library, 310 S. Beech St., Ocilla, Ga.

• 2-4 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 4, Turner County Agriculture Building, 222 Rockhouse Road, Ashburn, Ga.
