The report states the student demonstrated on a doll how he was “choke slammed” to the ground multiple times.

Lakeisha Wynette Booker, 38, was charged with child abuse without great bodily harm.

According to the report, the suspect allegedly denied being aware of the injuries stating they must have come from playing football the day before.

Other witnesses told authorities the child was disciplined by the suspect that day, the report states.

The suspect then allegedly admitted to spanking the child and added that the child must have hit his head trying to pull away from her, according to the report.
