American lieutenant deserves a pardon

To the Editor,
There is something I want to share with the public that they need to know and that they should be outraged over. It is about a young lieutenant by the name of Clint Lorance who fought against the Taliban under the Obama administration.
From the information I gather, he was doing exactly what he had been trained to do in Afghanistan: confront the enemy and protect his men. He authorized his platoon to shoot three soldier-aged males speeding toward them on a motorcycle. (From what I understand, they fired warning shots first.) Then under the crooked Justice System of the Obama administration he was railroaded by a bunch of bloodthirsty prosecutors, and falsely convicted of murder.
The biometric evidence proved the Afghan men were NOT civilians. Their fingerprints and DNA were found on improvised explosive devices at GRID locations where American soldiers were blown up and killed. The government prosecution had a legal obligation to disclose these important facts to the defense and the jury, but they didn’t. He did not get a fair trial at all and was sent to Fort Leavenworth, and he has been there since 2013. He has exhausted all of his appeals. However, there is talk that he is the next one on President Trump’s pardon list.
This is a disgrace and an outrage against the American Justice System! As I write this, I think I smell a bad odor. And that’s the stinking smell of the American Justice System under the the previous Obama administration. Things like this make me have about as much confidence in the American Justice System as I do the Taliban!
Every American citizen who cares the least about justice needs to write to President Trump and urge him to issue a pardon to this innocent victim of the worthless Obama administration.
