MOULTRIE, Ga. — Moultrie City Manager Pete Dillard, left, describes efforts the city makes to help entrepreneurs who want to open a business in Moultrie.

Dillard and members of the city’s EDGE Team (Encouraging Development and Growth Efficiently) spoke after Colquitt County Administrator Chas Cannon and Compliance Officer Justin Cox gave a similar talk about county procedures.
