MOULTRIE, Ga. — C.A. Gray students started the year off with a bang — literally!
Eighth grade science teachers immersed their students into a day of inquiry to kick off their chemistry unit. Students spent the day learning about chemical reactions including heat produced by chlorine and Coca-Cola and an explosion of sodium and water.
Airgas of Thomasville provided liquid nitrogen for the physical change experiment and Heritage Church provided volunteer help.
