Facebook policy for employees?

“Does the CCBOE have a policy concerning what its employees post on Facebook? It’s none of my business what they do on their off time but posting pictures of their wine/liquor bottles and describing their night with it is inappropriate to me. What kind of role model is that to the students? Also some of the language is shocking!”

The president’s lies

“Mr. Trump being considered by many political pundits and media outlets as the most prolific liar as President in modern day politics, it is stunning to observe his supporters continuing to stand by his side. Trump pathologically lies to his supporters and they just do not seem to care. This is the President of the United States.”

Change is good

“Congrats to all the new administrators in our county this year! These folks are already making a great difference in their positions. Change is a good thing, and is much needed. Teachers are happier due to some of these changes. This will impact students. Give them a chance. Instead of fussing, go volunteer in the schools and see for yourself!”

Coaches are teachers too

“You’re complaining that a coach became principal instead of a teacher. Do you know the basketball coach has also been a teacher for over 20 years? Read the article. Congratulations Coach Harden, you will be a great assistant principal and will be greatly missed in basketball.”

Animal dumping

“To the lady that dumped out the kitten(or kittens) in front of Eastside Bapt Church. You were seen doing this. That poor kitten has no water or food and is not big enough to defend itself, you gave a death penalty to that little baby kitten .You are a cruel, heartless individual. Shame on you!”

Look at results

“I would like to say that I only look at results when it comes to our local police department and I haven’t seen anything lately except things getting worse. Talk is cheap but action and results speak for themselves.”
