Motorcyclist hurt in collision on South Main St.

MOULTRIE, Ga. — Rescue workers evaluate a man injured in a Tuesday afternoon accident at the intersection of South Main Street and Fifth Avenue.
The motorcyclist was injured when he struck a Chrysler minivan. The motorcyclist, whose identity was not immediately available, was driving south and struck the passenger side of the minivan, whose driver was headed west and apparently failed to yield at the intersection.

The driver of the Chrysler was able to drive away from the scene. The motorcyclist was transported to a hospital by ambulance.
