I would like to take the time to send a huge shout out to the parents of Cox Elementary School. It is obvious that our parents are very involved in the education of their children. We had an amazing showing of parents at open house. It appeared that each and every child’s parent came through the doors of Cox Elementary School, which is exactly what we expected and wanted.

Parents, on behalf of the Cox school family, I would like to tell you that you are appreciated more than you know. We are excited about this upcoming school year and with the turnout we experienced at open house, we know that this year will be the best year yet. Again, thanks for all of your support, and please continue to stop by and see us. Cox Elementary School belongs to you just as much as it does to the faculty and staff. You are wanted here.

To the best faculty and staff in Colquitt County, your hard work, dedication, and caring spirit for Cox Elementary School is second to none. You put in countless hours without complaining all to the betterment of our students and school. Your excitement and enthusiasm are contagious and I’m quite sure our students will feel it and flourish in it. I cannot thank you enough for all that you do for the students and parents of Cox Elementary School. We are destined for greatness, and there is no doubt that we will live out our motto of Cox being the standard for student achievement! On behalf of Mrs. Meg Bishop and myself, we would like to say thank you and we want you to know that you are greatly, greatly appreciated.
