The driver of the 2000 Toyota Corolla lost control of the car while traveling west on Lower Meigs Road, according to Georgia State Patrol reports. The wreck occurred at about 1:45 p.m. near the intersection with Cooper Road.
The Toyota, driven by Ciro Cabrera-Regaldo, 47, of Cairo, ran off the roadway on the right shoulder and rotated counterclockwise, the reports said. It traveled up an embankment and went airborne. The car landed on the front passenger side and overturned until it came to a rest.
The car overturned into a creek bed, the reports said, stopping with the top against the west bank of the creek.
Cabrera-Regaldo was airlifted to Tallahassee Memorial Hospital, as were Natividad Pedro Pedro, 28, and Lidia Perez, 10, the GSP said.
Perez was not wearing a seat belt, the reports said, and was thought to have suffered the most serious injuries. Pedro also was not wearing a seat belt.
A hospital spokeswoman in Tallahassee said Monday afternoon that Perez was in critical condition, meaning that her vital signs were not stable and not within normal limits. Condition reports for Cabrera-Regaldo and Pedro were not available.

An alcohol test is pending for Cabrera-Regaldo, the GSP said.
Also injured and taken to Archbold Memorial Hospital in Thomasville were a woman, Cipriana Sanchez-Martinez, 47, and 4-year-old Samuel Gabrera, both of Cairo.
No condition reports were immediately available for them.
Earlier in the day, two men were injured in a rear-end collision on Georgia Highway 133; only one of them was taken to the hospital.
The Georgia State Patrol was dispatched to investigate the two-car crash at 8:26 a.m. near the intersection of Highway 133 and Old Adel Road.
The automatic braking system of Throdgers Johnson’s 2000 Honda Accord malfunctioned prior to the impact, the agency said.
Both Johnson, 18, of Moultrie and Forrest Knight, 42, of Baconton, were driving west when Knight stopped for traffic, the GSP said. When Johnson’s braking system failed to work the front tires locked and he collided with the rear of the car driven by Knight.
Johnson was cited for too fast for conditions. He was transported by paramedics to Colquitt Regional Medical Center.
He was treated and released, a hospital spokeswoman said.
Knight was listed as injured, but was not transported to the hospital, according to GSP reports.
