VALDOSTA, Ga. — Tractor Supply Company honored Camilla veteran Theodore Lambert during a nationwide Armed Forces Day shopping event in partnership with Farmer Veteran Coalition.
Lambert is one of 50 recipients across the country to receive a $1,000 Tractor Supply donation through FVC’s Farmer Veteran Fellowship Fund, a grant program that offers assistance to veterans in the early stages of their farming operations, according to store representatives.
Tractor Supply will donate $50,000 in awards, providing fellowship recipients the opportunity to purchase critical items needed to support their agriculture business, according to store representatives.
In observation of the 68th Annual Armed Forces Day, which honors all U.S. military personnel, recipients coast-to-coast will redeem their gift cards at their local Tractor Supply store, including Lambert at the Moultrie location.
Lambert, a 17-year U.S. Marine Corps veteran, owns and operates Lambert’s Orchard, LLC in Camilla.
