Amendments

“As Democrats call for abridging the 2nd amendment due to the actions of a few crazies I think it may be time to look at the 1st amendment too due to the actions of a few crazy journalists and reporters. Maybe we could insert the word “honesty” in there. But that might exclude many current reporters and journalists.”

Shooting stats

“Meanwhile, back in Chicago: 967 shot, 157 shot and killed, 810 shot and wounded. All this year. What a model cities these Democrats run. Baltimore, St. Louis, New Orleans, all models of Democrat run cities. I didn’t take the time to look up the shooting stats in the other cities.”

Corruption

“All the corruption in FBI/DOJ is totally owned by Obama and Democrats. Nobody but Democrats can be blamed for any of it. Republicans can only be blamed for exposing the flagrant corruption.”

Landlords

“If landlords make so much money, why don’t you risk your hard earned dollars being one? Afraid you might lose money? Likely you will. Landlords often lose a lot of money hoping to make a profit later. They offer homes to many who wouldn’t have housing otherwise, since many people cannot afford to purchase their homes.”

Overbearing

“The Moultrie Landlord Police will be restarted quietly in the near future. This time, though, they will keep it out of the public eye. They learned their lesson this time and will not make the same mistake again. Overbearing enforcement is coming to Moultrie, landlords had better start packing and moving out.”

Profit margins

“Landlords have very high overhead and thin profit margins. Don’t believe me? Please put your money where your mouth is; try landlording for a year. Get a few tenant calls late at night for neighbor disputes, unwanted guests causing problems, funny smells/noises in the house, tenants who dislike the curtains, etc. Maybe you’ll look for a better job afterwards.”

Pay it forward

“Thank you to the lady who paid for my breakfast Wednesday morning in the McDonald’s Drive-Thru. I will continue the pay it forward movement!”
