Tallokas Trail

“Once again someone is ranting about our Tallokas Trail Neighborhood. Folks do not be fooled. Our neighborhood is wonderful. It is nothing like this person is leading others to believe. I can’t see how neighbors riding golf carts or socializing with each other is a bad thing. I’m proud to be a member of the Tallokas Trail Social Club.”

Pass costs on

“As a landlord I don’t mind making safety improvements and fixing things but if the city property police tell me to paint or replace boards I will have no choice but to pass the cost on to my renters. I think this idea is bad and renters need to speak up before it’s too late.”
