“To the person who wants “equal government.” Huh? What is that? Your peeling paint, what did your landlord say? Peeling paint isn’t an emergency. Painters can be difficult to find and are expensive. Unmowed yard fines are because they’ve not been mowed recently; this means you don’t care about your rental unit which affects nearby property values. Read your contract.”

Tenants

“If tenants wouldn’t tear down and destroy the homes they live in, landlords wouldn’t have such a hard time keeping them up to code. Why spend money on a structure just to have it destroyed. It’s very hard to find a clean and responsible person for an average rental property. Never again!”

The engineers at GTRI earn these large sums of money by being able to solve engineering problems that no one else can. The money spent on the outings was not state funds.”

Confiscation
