A good education
“Let’s be positive for once! Our school system’s gifted program is amazing. My child loves working with Mrs. Kirkley at Wright, and our friends love their child’s teachers at GEAR. Combined with the Packer X program at Willie J and all of the course options at CCHS, I know my daughter will be prepared for college when she graduates!”
No questions for Republicans
“Why is there no questions for the Republicans on the May 22nd ballot? Is it because Democrates don’t go to vote? Every Vote count! Vote each time there is an election! You can make a difference with your vote! Get involved!”
Minority governments
“What is wrong with the majority population of this community letting the minority population continue to govern this community. They talk about diversity, yes we have three city council persons, one school board member and now one county commissioner. Great, but if the federal government launch an investigation into the practices of each of those governing bodies, you’ll see changes.”
Not available
“There was no ‘I’m with Her’ apparel available at the gift shops. Unless the laws of economics have changed, the loser usually doesn’t get to keep shelf space.”
Jim Lowry
“Former CRMC CEO Jim Lowry had the vision, and should be applauded in retirement for the work he did to bring the Medical School to Moultrie. His leadership did not stop when he retired, that is the true mark of a leader! Congrats to Jim and his accomplishments!!”
R.B. Wright
“I don’t care what the rest of the world thinks, we LOVE it at R.B. Wright.”
Be the change
“In response to sadly misinformed body that commented on the ‘wealthy’ RB Wright students going on yet another trip far afield, my advice to you is to become a parent volunteer and get involved! I work at Stringfellow and have yet to see any real involvement from parents, the African American churches, or African American businesses. Be the change!”
Their ‘comedy’ isn’t funny
“Late night ‘comedy’ is nothing more than an Anti-Trump diatribe. And it isn’t funny. I no longer watch Kimmel, et al. When I want comedy, I watch true comedy. When I want hate speech, I watch CNN and MSNBC. Comedy from comedians, hate from haters. Easy enough.”
