Arrests
Sheriff’s Office
• James Derek Nolin, 45, 581 Ira Hall Road, Ellenton, was charged Monday with aggravated stalking.
Nolin is accused of making contact with the stalking victim after a Colquitt County Magistrate Court Judge had ordered him not to have any contact with her.
• Francisco Tisnavo, 37, 555 Country Drive, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence, driving without license and open container in vehicle.
• Justin Ray Williams, 22, 6310 Tallokas, was charged Wednesday with harassing phone calls.
• Khandra Le’Shay Singletary, 187 B. Allman Road, was charged Thursday with speeding, no insurance and driving while tag suspended.
• William Jerome Pruitt, 37, 603 Clarence Jones Road, was charged Tuesday with failure to appear.

• Amy Perez, 32, 3394 Hwy. 33, was charged Thursday with driving without license and speeding.
• Byron John Jordan, 31, 1115 Sixth Ave. N.W., was charged Thursday with defective equipment and driving while license withdrawn.
• Christy Marie Jackson, 27, 1076 Perry Road, was charged Monday with theft by taking.
• Wesley J. Johnson, 26, 1513 Seventh St. S.E., was charged Monday with vagrancy.

• Leslie Peretti, 44, reported the theft of $208 in the 600 block of 26th Avenue Southeast.
Thefts
Moultrie Police
• Roses, 215 Sixth St. S.E., Wednesday that one of two males who appeared to be teen-agers concealed a jar of cake frosting in a backpack.
An employee confronted them and they placed the frosting on the counter. When told police were on the way they left the store and ran away.
Battery

• Mardez Miles, 19, reported Wednesday that a male acquaintance hit him in the mouth during an incident in the 800 block of Fourth Avenue Southeast.
