• James Derek Nolin, 45, 581 Ira Hall Road, Ellenton, was charged Monday with aggravated stalking.

Nolin is accused of making contact with the stalking victim after a Colquitt County Magistrate Court Judge had ordered him not to have any contact with her.

• Francisco Tisnavo, 37, 555 Country Drive, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence, driving without license and open container in vehicle.

• Leslie Peretti, 44, reported the theft of $208 in the 600 block of 26th Avenue Southeast.

• Roses, 215 Sixth St. S.E., Wednesday that one of two males who appeared to be teen-agers concealed a jar of cake frosting in a backpack.

An employee confronted them and they placed the frosting on the counter. When told police were on the way they left the store and ran away.

• Mardez Miles, 19, reported Wednesday that a male acquaintance hit him in the mouth during an incident in the 800 block of Fourth Avenue Southeast.
