MOULTRIE, Ga. — Three thousand Easter eggs were dropped at Main Street Park Saturday, March 24, where the Moultrie-Colquitt County Parks and Recreation Authority held an Easter egg hunt for all children up to 10 years of age.

The park opened at 10 a.m. with games, balloon animals and face tattoos; and the Easter Bunny came out to visit and take pictures. Each child was asked to bring a basket, and the hunts were divided into age groups of 5 and under, 6 to 8 and 9 to 10 years old. When the buzzer sounded the kids ran to collect the eggs as fast as they could.
