Man claims he was drugged, molested

MOULTRIE, Ga. — A Colquitt County man claimed on Monday that he was drugged by a couple he knows and a man sexually molested him while he was passed out.
The victim told police that he had heard the man and woman talking about a prescription drug at some point during the weekend and said they put drugs in his beer, causing him to fall asleep.
While he was unconscious, he reported, the man sodomized him. He told police that during the weekend he and the man had argued and that the man thought that he was having an affair with his girlfriend.

• Donta Perez Wilson, 22, 1205 Sixth Ave., was charged Monday with two counts each of possession of a firearm or knife while trying to commit crimes, aggravated assault and armed robbery and a single count of probation violation.
• Miguel Angel Santos, 25, 375 Dean Matthews Road, was charged Tuesday with defective equipment and driving without license.

• Kortland Norman, 20, 707 E. Union St., Doerun, was charged Tuesday with interference with custody.
• Steven Ray Miller, 44, 420 Brandi Drive, was charged Monday with theft by receiving stolen property and two counts probation violation.
• Jamal Tyrone Cornelius, 26, 1307 First Ave. N.W., was charged Monday with driving while license withdrawn, leaving the scene of an accident, driving with suspended license and probation violation.
• Tevin Shaqil Hightower, 24, 706 Coventry Circle, was charged Monday with failure to appear and probation violation.
• Ted Dean, 59, 162 Piney Grove Lane, was charged Monday with driving while license withdrawn.
• Jonathin Eric Chafin, 25, 137 Lighter Knot Court, was charged Saturday with criminal trespass and disorderly conduct.
• Eric Anthony Warren, 43, 1912 Second St. S.E., was charged Saturday with possession of marijuana, possession of a drug-related object and tag light illumination violation.

• Steven Demond Richardson, 37, 316 S. Church St., Doerun, was charged Tuesday with harassing phone calls, aggravated stalking, obstruction of a police officer and terroristic threats and acts.
Norman Park Police
• Cameron Hartley, 1342 Lonnie Brookard Road, Norman Park, was charged Monday with simple battery, possession of marijuana and speeding.

• Selena Sammons, 3400 block Highway 256, reported Monday the theft of property valued at $1,950 from the 100 block of Anderson Drive.
The stolen property included two David Bridal purple and blue dresses, various pageant dresses, a laptop computer and miscellaneous tools.

• Tia Rice, 800 block Shy Manor Drive, reported Tuesday the theft of her son’s bicycle of unknown value.
• Tammy Paulk, Doerun, reported Tuesday the theft of a spare tire from the bed of a 2003 Chevrolet Silverado parked in the 2400 block of Fifth Avenue Southeast.

• Carneata Clark, 24, reported Tuesday the theft of property valued at $301 from a 2003 Mitsubishi Diamante parked on 26th Avenue Southeast.

• Mary Lynn Hayden, 700 block David Newton Road, Norman Park, reported Tuesday that when she returned home she found a utility room door had been broken.
• Deundre Harvey, Albany, reported Monday that a relative of his girlfriend shot his Dodge Ram truck with a pistol.
• Sassha Plummer, 30 block Bethel Avenue, reported Monday that a boy tore up the family’s mail, and had in the past damaged a trampoline and a car.

• Carl Underwood, 300 block First Street Northwest, reported Tuesday that when he returned home he found three windows of his residence broken.

• Ms. Ann’s Child Care, 1315 First Ave. N.E., reported Tuesday that a parent who was upset used vulgar language in front of children and pushed an employee.
Employees told police that they noticed a bump on the boy’s head when he arrived. His mother accused the teacher of being responsible for the bump.
A police officer called the woman’s cell phone and asked that she pick up the boy’s belongings at the center and that after that she was not allowed to return to the property. She never showed up, police said.
After the mother did not return and stopped answering her phone the employee who was pushed told police that she wants to press charges.
A warrant for simple battery will be taken.

• Kelli McMurphy, 800 block R.L. Norman Road, Norman Park, reported Tuesday that a male relative tried to pull her out of her 2016 Toyota 4Runner, causing her to drive into a ditch where the car got stuck.
McMurphy told police that she was dropping money off for the man at about 10:30 at a residence in the 900 block of R.L. Norman Road and while she was parked the man ran to her car and grabbed the steering wheel as she tried to drive away. After the car got stuck in the ditch the man tried to pull McMurphy out of the car.
