Brown, Moore to speak at Women’s Day

MOULTRIE, Ga. — First Moultrie Holiness Deliverance Church, 920 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive N.W., will host a Women’s Day service at 11 a.m. Sunday, March 25. The theme will be “Let Jesus In,” based on Revelations 3:20.

Speakers will be co-pastor Joyce Brown and Minister Roslyn Moore.

Brown is the daughter of Willie and Estelle Brown. She attended the public schools of Colquitt County, then Paine College in Augusta and Albany State College in Albany. She was called to the ministry in 1976 and since that time has traveled to many states teaching, evangelizing and working in youth ministry.

Moore was born in Brooklyn, N.Y. At an early age she moved to Tampa, Fla., and from there to Moultrie. She was educated in the Colquitt County School System. After completing high school, she was married and became the mother of five children. She is also the grandmother of 16 grandchildren. This is her first year of ministry.
