Homecoming

Grant Chapel A.M.E. Church, 318 W. Central Ave., will hold its first homecoming service at 3 p.m. Sunday, March 25.

The theme will be “They that Wait and Trust,” based on Psalm 125:1. The Rev. Daniel Simmons, senior pastor of Mt. Zion church in Albany.

As part of the occasion, Grant Chapel will host a pew rally; everyone can be a part of the event.

Sing

A community fellowship sing will be held at 7 p.m. March 31 at Wright’s Chapel Church, 1550 Wright’s Chapel Road.

MHS Class of 1959

The Moultrie High School Class of 1959 will meet at 6 p.m. April 3 at Sunset Country Club. Dinner will be served at 6 p.m., and business of the 60-year reunion will be conducted afterwards.
