MOULTRIE, Ga. — The Moultrie Junior Women’s Club met with Mayor McIntosh to on March 1 to sign a proclamation declaring March Youth Art Month in Moultrie.

To celebrate, the MJWC Arts Committee set up a window display in downtown Moultrie. The display features art from students at Cox Elementary, Willie J. Williams, C.A. Gray, and Colquitt County High School.
