MOULTRIE, Ga. — Mark Cartwright, a singer, songwriter, pianist and 2013 inductee of the Atlanta Country Music Hall of Fame, will be one of three performers in concert at 6:30 p.m. Saturday, March 17, at Moultrie Church of God of Prophecy. Also on the program will be singer-songwriter Cliff Ray and Jerry Bryant.
