The Moultrie Observer is preparing for its annual Community Guide, a booklet we publish each spring that includes information about a variety of governmental and non-governmental organizations. It’s a handy reference throughout the year for who you need to contact about issues with local municipalities, county government and others.

One section is devoted to local clubs and civic groups.

We need the following information:

• Name of your group.

• Contact person, with either a phone number or an email that can be published.

• Description. (Who are you and what do you do. Please be brief.)

• How does someone join? Who is eligible?

• Dues and other costs.

• When and where are your meetings?

To guarantee a spot in this year’s Community Guide, please contact us with your information by Friday, March 16. There’s no charge to be included.
