• Brandon Javion Nowell, 20, homeless, was charged Thursday with interference with government property.

• Rickey Andrew Adams, 62, 17077 Hwy. 122, was charged Friday with unsafe operation of radio or telephone, failure to drive within a single lane, and driving under the influence of drugs/alcohol.

• Douglas Bray, 46, 104 Wildwood Lane, was charged Saturday with driving while license withdrawn.

• Taylor Chancy, 32, 915 Fourth St. W., was charged Tuesday with use of “fighting words” obscene and vulgar language; phone call.

Georgia State Patrol

• Angeline Denise Birdine, 38, 211 Cordele Road, was charged Friday with speeding, driving without a license, and false statement in matters within jurisdiction of state.

• John Douglas Ryan, 26, 578 Old Albany Road, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of drugs/alcohol, failure to drive within single lane and adult restraint law.

Moultrie Police

• Charles Stanley Butt, 46, 1196 Fifth St. S.W., was charged Saturday with driving under the influence, failure to obey a traffic control device, and driving without a valid license.

• Angelica Crawford, 17, 233 Thigpen Trail, was charged Friday with driving too closely and possession of marijuana.

• Thomas Banks Kimbrell, 39, 221 Stripling Rd, was charged Saturday with disorderly conduct.

• Randall Lord, 50, 511 Fourth Ave. N.W., was charged with driving while license withdrawn, public indecency and driving without headlights when required.

• Kenneth Dewayne Powell, 27, 1160 Second St. S.E., was charged Friday with DUI, leaving the scene of an accident (hit and run) and failure to yield when turning left.

• Joanny Lynn Tyson, 41, 833 Circle Road, was charged Saturday with driving while license withdrawn, no insurance, reporting theft, loss or mutilation of plates or decals and driving while tag is suspended.

• Robert Cross, 43, 285 Clement Ave., was charged Monday with driving while license withdrawn.

Doerun Police

• Tamara Evette Williams, 37, 901 S. Madison St., was charged with driving while license withdrawn.

Probation Violation

• Brandy Alisha Barnes, 31, 506 First Ave. N.W.

• Ambraja Quensha Cooper, 23, 108 Mulberry St.

• Micheal Dewayne Sutton, 23, 1012 Highland Blvd.

Department of Transportation

• Charles Jr. Donald, 40, 2591 Hadley Ferry Road, was charged Friday with operation of commercial vehicle without a valid license, unsecured load and commercial vehicle driver qualification violation.

Thefts

• Armondo Hernandez reported Saturday that someone entered his office and took three checks without permission.

Hernandez also claimed someone forged his signature on two of the stolen checks and cashed them at unknown locations in the amounts of $1,000 and $1,200.

Hernandez claimed the third check is still missing but it has not been cashed. The location of the offender is unknown.

• Clarissa Beck reported Friday the theft of her 17-year-old brother’s bike from 901 Seventh Ave. S.E.

• Tarren Powell of Norman Park reported the theft of her debit card after using it at a store located at 1000 First Avenue Southeast. Powell indicated that she went into the store to use her debit card and forgot it. Powell returned to retrieve her card but it was no longer there.

• William Michael Rodes reported Friday the theft of his 2000 Shiver utility trailer from a yard in the 300 block of Fifth Avenue Southeast.

• Brittany Nicole Hasty reported a burglary that occurred at her Dorothy Street residence while she was away between Thursday and Saturday.

• Walmart reported the theft of a Multi Sprayer valued at $10.

Other

• Eugene Gilliard of Moultrie, reported damage made at Sanderson Farms.

• Davina Wynn reported damage to the windows of a residence in the 200 block of Seventh Street Southwest, apparently from a BB gun. A security light had also been shot out.
