County Sheriff’s Office discovered 12.6 grams of marijuana and drug-related objects.

The report said the search was part of an “open-air search” of vehicles in the parking lot by the sheriff’s office K-9 officer and dog. After getting a “hit” on a 2006 Honda Civic, Jasso was brought to the parking lot and was told the dog had alerted deputies. The report said Jasso admitted to having marijuana in his car and told deputies he had “about 11 grams in a red cup on the left side of his trunk.”

After getting the keys from Jasso, deputies found two plastic bags with marijuana in the cup in the trunk and two grinders and a set of digital scales in the front of the vehicle.

Jasso was being held Tuesday afternoon at the Murray County jail on a $2,500 bond.
