MOULTRIE, Ga. — Bobby Johnson, president of the Kiwanis Club of Moultrie, congratulates Carrie Viohl, Southern Regional Tech’s GOAL winner, and presents her with a scholarship from the club. GOAL is an acronym for Georgia Occupational Award of Leadership. Viohl plans to transition to Valdosta State University after her studies are complete at SRTC.
