Moultrie Police

• Palanivail Omagandam, 58, 2450 Fifth Ave. S.E., was charged Thursday with theft by shoplifting.

• Michael George, 60, 1713 First Ave. S.E. Room 203, was charged Thursday with selling alcohol to underage person.

• Shelby Jean Talley, 45, 140 Friendship Trail, was charged Thursday with harassing phone calls.

• Matthew Glenn Daniel, 29, 1867 Mitchell County Line Road, Hartsfield, was charged Thursday with failure to appear.

Thefts

• Brenda Norman, 100 block Saturday Road, Norman Park, reported Thursday the theft of a window air conditioner/heater valued at $700 from the back room of a residence in the 2100 block of Herman Simmons Road, Doerun.

Norman told police that there also was damage to a door where it looked as if someone had tried to break in there and that there also was damage to the electrical outlet when the unit was pulled from the window.
