TIFTON — The deadline is approaching fast to enter Tift County’s basketball’s annual $10,000 raffle.

Lady Devils head basketball coach Julie Conner called it the teams’ “one huge fundraiser” for the year.

Tickets will be for sale today at the Tift-Valdosta games as well as at Saturday’s Tift-Coffee games, which will both be at home. The girls’ games each night tip at 7 p.m.

The cost is $100 per ticket and can be purchased by a group or by an individual. Only 400 tickets will be sold.

The raffle drawing will be Saturday at the Tift-Coffee game.

“You do not have to be present to win,” Conner said.
