MOULTRIE, Ga. — Rowell Auctions, Inc., Moultrie, Ga., recently announced that Michael D. Brooks has successfully completed the requirements prescribed by the Georgia Real Estate Commission and has obtained his State of Georgia Real Estate Salesperson license.

Brooks, who has more than 10 years of valuable experience in auction operations, also holds a Georgia Auctioneers License and the Graduated Personal Property Appraiser (GPPA) designation from the National Auctioneers Association.

Since joining Rowell Auctions, Inc. in 2006, Brooks has specialized in auction operations and logistics for a wide array of auction events including real estate, personal estates and business liquidations. He looks forward to incorporating real estate sales into his portfolio of services.

Brooks resides in Moultrie with his wife, Roxanne and their three children, Ella, Jacob and John.
