In an article in Thursday’s Moultrie Observer, the Moultrie-Colquitt County library announced that Medicare counselors would be at the library 10 a.m.-noon Nov. 15. The article indicated Rep. Austin Scott’s office would participate, but they will not. The congressman’s office took part in a similar event at the library in October, but the November event will include counselors from Georgia Cares and the SOWEGA Council on Aging.
