MOULTRIE, Ga. — The City of Moultrie’s Utility Department works to hang the Canopy of Lights in Downtown Moultrie in preparation for the Lights! Lights! Thanksgiving Night, which kicks off the holiday season. Santa Claus is scheduled to turn on the lights at 6 p.m. Nov. 23 at the Colquitt County Courthouse Square.
