Arrests
Sheriff’s Office
• Justin Lane Bass, 20, 2595 Sam Sells Road, Doerun, was charged Monday with failure to appear.
• Shaurell Marie Dorsett, 30, 900 Bonnie Circle, was charged Monday with failure to appear.
Georgia State Patrol
• Desy Ricardo Aldridge, 22, 174 Big Bear Blvd., Norman Park, was charged with driving under the influence, possession of methamphetamine, driving without license, seat belt violation and two counts possession of drug-related objects.
Norman Park Police
• Dashita Lachrystal Gibson, 40, was charged with driving under the influence, open container in vehicle and speeding.

• Betty Day, 300 block 21st Avenue Northeast, reported Monday the theft of property valued at $170.
Thefts

• Heather Jones, 100 block Miller Avenue North, Norman Park, reported Monday the theft of property valued at $250 in the 800 block of Cook Road.
• Robert Lee, 200 block Larry Dunn Road, Omega, reported Monday the theft of jewelry valued at $450.
• Colquitt EMC, 15 Rowland Drive, reported Monday that electricity was being stolen at a residence in the 400 block of Doc Lindsey Road, Omega.
The value of the stolen electrical power was $189, an employee told police.
Forgery

• JCI Contractors, 2535 Hwy. 37 W., reported Monday that a check in the amount of $3,000 sent as payment to a company in Lakeland was intercepted and cashed at a convenience store in Valdosta.
Mail fraud

• Rebecca Cox, 2100 block Cannon Road, reported Oct. 19 that checks she mailed in the amounts of $660, $44 and $2,263 were taken from her mail box and never received by the people to whom they were addressed.
