MOULTRIE, Ga. — Amber Schwalls portrays Dolly Parton during Saturday night’s Grand Ole Opry Tribute on the Courthouse Square in Moultrie. The free concert starred Colquitt Countians singing songs made famous by some of the biggest names in country music, including (in addition to Parton) George Jones, Tammy Wynette, George Strait and others.
