MOULTRIE, Ga. — Nick Carl, a fourth grade student in Katie DeKalb’s class at Okapilco Elementary School, was the winner of the Perfect Attendance bicycle for the first quarter of school. He was recognized for his responsibility to be present at school each day during the quarter and having three or fewer tardies. The names of all students who meet this criteria were placed in the drawing and Nick was the winner.
